RENFREWSHIRE COUNCIL’S RETAIL IMPROVEMENT SCHEME IS OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS

Renfrewshire Council’s new Retail Improvement Scheme is open for applications once again.

The Retail Improvement Scheme is a grant that you can apply for to repair, improve, upgrade, or restore the front of your shop, business, or commercial premises in Renfrewshire.

The grant could be up to 70% of the cost of improvements, depending on the size and scale of the work and the benefits of making the improvements.

The amount awarded is a minimum of £1,000 up to £12,000.

You can apply online for the grant until Wednesday 16 October at midnight.

For more details, please see HERE or if you need any further information, please email ris@renfrewshire.gov.uk.

HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF RENFREWSHIRE’S EVENTS

Renfrewshire Council is now looking for feedback on their programme of events to inform the programme and priorities of events for 2025 and beyond.

The council wants to hear about which events you have attended, and which events you value most. Events provide lots of positive opportunities for communities and the council has several priorities it wants to achieve through its events programme, so they want to hear your views on these priorities.

Complete the questionnaire

We would appreciate it if you could complete the questionnaire no later than Monday 23rd September.

Are you interested in taking part in a focus group session?

Further feedback on the council’s events strategy can be given by taking part in a Renfrewshire Events Focus Group at the Wynd Centre on Tuesday 8th October 2024 at 5.30pm.

To register, please email natalie@paisleyfirst.com by 27th September.
