The Paisley First Annual General Meeting will take place on Monday 2nd September 2019 in The Wynd Centre, School Wynd in Paisley at 5.30pm.
The AGM is open to all BID Members and is your opportunity to offer feedback on previous and existing projects, find out what we have planned for the remainder of the year and for you to put forward your suggestions on how we can improve Paisley Town Centre for both our BID Members and visitors.

Ahead of the Paisley First renewal ballot later this year, National Programme Director of Scotland’s Improvement Districts, Phil Prentice, will be our guest speaker.
We are also able to appoint new Directors to the Paisley First Board on the evening. This includes three existing Directors who are seeking re-election.
The process for appointing a director is:
Prospective Board Member should complete and return their nomination form by 17th August 2019. Nomination forms are available HERE.
All nominees’ details will be collated and circulated to all BID Members by 24th August 2019.
If required, a ballot will be held and each attending BID Member (one member one vote) will have an opportunity to vote for their preferred Directors when ballot papers are handed out on the evening of the AGM.
